CMiC Public Cloud removed the "Use Vertex API" checkbox on payroll processing
On September 14, CMiC removed the "Use Vertex API" checkbox from the payroll processing screen for CMiC Public Cloud. Per CMiC Support, that setting is now treated as checked in the background.
If your cloud company never finished the new Vertex tax settings, it is worth double-checking payroll processing and catching up on those settings as soon as you can.
