This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Integrated Technology Inc. ("Impact," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through impactintegrated.com (the "site"). It applies to this website only. Information we handle inside client engagements - including data in client CMiC, Oracle, payroll, and infrastructure environments - is governed by the written agreements with those clients and by our Cybersecurity and Compliance policy, not by this notice.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business email, phone number, company, role, the systems you currently use, and whatever you tell us about your needs. When you book a consultation we collect your name, contact details, and appointment details. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name and email address. When you apply for a role through our careers page we collect your name, email address, mailing address, education, areas of expertise, a link to your CV, and a short biography.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our platform records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, site performance, error diagnosis, and aggregate traffic measurement.
Information from third parties. We may receive business contact information from referrals, professional networks, or publicly available business sources when we research or respond to a prospective engagement.
We do not ask for and do not want government identification numbers, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal information through this site. Please do not send them to us through our forms.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to your inquiry and provide the information you requested; to schedule, prepare for, and follow up on consultations; to deliver newsletters you have subscribed to; to evaluate job applications; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to keep records of our business communications; and to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies that are required for it to function - for example, session integrity and caching. These cannot be switched off.
We use a cookie consent tool to record your cookie preferences. Where non-essential technologies are used, they are loaded only after you consent. You can review, change, or withdraw your choices at any time using the cookie preferences icon in the lower-left corner of any page.
Our hosting platform, Wix.com Ltd., collects aggregate visitor statistics and technical performance and error data on our behalf so that we can keep the site working correctly. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and our consent banner before those technologies are activated.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, limited to what they need to perform their function. These currently include our website platform and form, booking, and email infrastructure provider (Wix.com Ltd.), our consent management provider, and error and performance monitoring services used by our platform. We may also disclose information to our professional advisors, to comply with law, valid legal process, or a regulator's request, to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and consultation records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the business relationship, and afterward as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe. Job applicant information is kept for the duration of the recruiting process and for a reasonable period afterward in case another suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit, and layered protections described in our Cybersecurity and Compliance policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email we send. You can decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner, or change your choices later using the cookie preferences icon in the lower-left corner of any page. You can ask us to correct or delete information you have given us by emailing info@impactintegrated.com.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the following rights.
Right to know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions that permit us to retain certain records.
Right to correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism and honor browser-based opt-out preference signals.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site for purposes that would trigger this right.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights.
The categories of personal information we have collected in the last twelve months are identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address), professional or employment-related information (such as company, role, systems in use, and, for applicants, education and work history), commercial information (such as consultation bookings and service inquiries), and internet or network activity (such as pages viewed and technical browser information). We collect these from you directly, automatically through your use of the site, and occasionally from referrals or public business sources. We disclose them only to the service providers described above, for the business purposes described above.
To exercise a right, email info@impactintegrated.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or call 951.395.0951. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against our records and may ask for additional information if we cannot verify you. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
Children
The site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
The site is operated from the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services and websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Review their notices before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
